When you purchase the Music Maker theme the purchase data is stored on this website.

This contains your name ( if provided ), email address, purchase date, purchase time, product purchases, payment method, file download logs,  zip code ( if provided ), Country ( if provided ), and IP address.

No credit card information or PayPal login data is stored on this website.

We use Stripe.com and PayPal.com to process payments.

We use Wufoo for our customer support contact form. When sending a message your name, email, subject, URL, IP address, and submission date and time are stored with Wufoo. This information is deleted every 6 months. This information is only used to provide customer support.

HelpScout

When you submit a message through the Wufoo contact form it is automatically forwarded to HelpScout. HelpScout is the customer support program we use to manage customer emails.

Customer Support Email Box

When you submit a message through the Wufoo contact form it is automatically forwarded to our customer support email box on Dreamhost, which is then forwarded to HelpScout. This inbox is erased every 6 months.

File Download Logs

When a customer downloads files from this website, or via email, the download information is logged under each customers account. This download log saves the customer customer name, files downloaded, IP Address, log ID, the file download date and time.

We do nothing with this data besides resolve server loading issues.
